''Be present Here and Now'' Observing, Listening and Connection-Meeting 2

If you tell life what it has to be, you limit it. If you let it show you what it wants to be, it will open doors you never knew existed. —Rutter-Rhymer

On 22.02.2021 Association ARTAREA and CPLR - ODK Pernik - as a partners in Bulgaria, realized the second

activities from project ''The Key to connection'' foundet by Erasmus + program.

Main topic - ''Observing, listening and connection'' Target group - Childrens ( age 8 -12 years old) Numbers - 14 children Space - Sala of CPLR – ODK Pernik Way of work - Non-formal learning through Kinesthetic methods of movement

This subject provokes many feelings and toughness. When you invite your subject, situation, or circumstance to speak to you, the messages or responses do not always come immediately or in the form you expect. Often the messages come in the form of metaphors or symbols, and they may surface hours or even days later in unrelated conversations or events. Someone may make a casual remark that seems to come out of nowhere, but has a clear meaning for you. Or you walk by a newsstand and a headline catch

es your attention. Or the lyrics to a song you have not thought about in a while suddenly run over and over in your head.

But using movement as a method of realizing all or part of that, especially with children, works even more deeply and on a different level.

These are some experiences our participants shared with us:

- "Listening opens up my 'not knowing' much more and asks me to trust what is revealed through listening. It is powerful and exciting and scary at the same time. ''

- "It can change from moment to moment. One moment I am 'talking to' and the next moment I am 'listening'. It's a full circle. It's incredible.''

- "I have to combine the movement with the listening. Now I see that they can be partners. I am learning that we can receive and act at the same time. That's the new way to lead when you are in the position of leader."
