Why would 30 young people from three different countries make the long way to Gedánsk and meet at a camping sight at the Baltic Sea? To play with each other.

ALL THAT CIRCUS was the motto of this international exchange, which was organized by Anima Art Studio in cooperation with ArtAreA, meant for students, artists and social workers who are socially engaged and open minded towards the methods of circus pedagogy.

From the 10th to the 17th of October this beautiful insider spot near the sandbeach, surrounded by pine trees became the home of a true travelling circus. A pick-and-mix of talents and tempers. Polish, Bulgarian and Spanish people, juggling, walking on stilts, climbing up the tissue, bouncing on the slackline, dancing, acting, touching, "kissing and killing" each other. And the aim of the games? To encourage young people and to equip them. To learn how to teach and to teach how to learn from each other. And to be once again overwhelmed and reminded that "[y]ou can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation." (Plato)
